Pavón is a district of the canton of Golfito, Province of Puntarenas. Its homonymous head town is located on the east bank of the entrance of the Golfo Dulce.
It is one of the most remote destinations in Costa Rica’s central valley, but one of Costa Rica’s most comfortable destinations, as the forest is practically up to the beach of dark sands but with emerald seas makes an incredible color mix. The arrival is with asphalt and ballast paths, but compact and very stable.
Wanted by surf athletes as it is said to have one of the longest waves for the practice of sport.
A small village but with a warmth that treat the tourist in the best way for a quiet and enjoyable stay.
